An American ghost town in Iceland
When the U.S. Navy left Iceland in 2006, they also left empty dwellings behind, a ghost town, relics of a whole community.
Icelandic photographer Bragi Þór Jósefsson is currently exhibiting photographs at the Reykjavik Art Museum of what Iceland's defense force left behind.
Jósefsson's book, Iceland Defence Force which features the photographs has just been published by Crymogea publishing house in Iceland.
