Icelandic songstress makes love to the landscape

Icelandic children's book author and singer Bergljót Arnalds has caused quite a sensation with a new song and video called Heartbeat. Arnalds describes her music as being "based on emotions, heartbeat and nature sounds." 

The song, Heartbeat is based on the singer's own heartbeat. "You can hear my heart beating underneath the song the whole time. I think everything is united in rhythm, the earth is turning, the waves touching the shore, everything has it's heartbeat. Love is what unites us all, " writes the singer.
