New shopping area opens at airport
An impressive fashion show was set up at the opening of the new shopping and dining area at Keflavik International Airport. Models sported Icelandic and international designs, which are all available at this award winning airport.
"It's not every day that such a large fashion show takes place in Iceland, not to mention one at the airport. It was a bit stressful setting it up because tourists travelling through the airport buy so many clothes that we had to order last minute stock so that we could have something for the models to wear!" explains Ingibjörg Gréta Gísladóttir who organise the event.
Amongst the labels on display were 66°North, Farmers Market, Spaksmannsspjarir, Feldur, Hugo Boss and Max Mara.
