The popular summer street food market "Krás" hosts its Christmas version this weekend on December 19th and 20th in Fógetagarðurinn at the centre of Reykjavik.
Opening between 1 and 7 pm, this Christmas themed market is a collaboration of Reykjavík’s finest restaurateurs coming together, creating their version of fine dining street food. This time with an emphasis on the traditional Icelandic Christmas food – but with a twist.
Drop by for tasters of all kinds of fantastic restaurant menus as well as hot chocolate, mulled wine and Christmas ale.
Fógetagarðurinn is located just behind the Parliament square and near the Ingólfstorg square, also a perfect pitstop including Christmas stalls and an ice-skating rink.
