Johnny Rotten opens the Icelandic Punk Museum

UK songwriter and musician John Lydon otherwise known as Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols will be opening a new museum, The Icelandic Museum of Punk at the upcoming Iceland Airwaves Festival. 

He will also be reading excerpts from his work at Airwords, a literature programme at the festival. According to Iceland Airwaves Grímur Atlason the festival is very honoured to have John Lydon as a guest as he is a very influential musician and the world's most famous punk.
