Three jets landing at London’s Heathrow Airport yesterday were struck by lightning, including one operated by Icelandair, according to UK media.

“Holiday makers returning from Iceland with Icelandair spoke of a ‘huge crack’ as lightning hit the wing of their plane,” reports the Telegraph.
