Reykjavik children delighted: How to have fun in the snow!

While Icelandic adults may have sighed this morning at the prospect of winter, children are always delighted when the first snow arrives. Youngsters all over Reykjavik pulled out their snow sleds and toboggans and tried their hand at building snowmen or throwing snowballs at each other. 

When mbl.is arrived at Krikaskóli primary school in Mosfellsbær, a suburb of Reykjavík today there were plenty of rosy red cheeks and smiling faces making the most of the few inches of snow.
