Rock star sentenced for attacking police officer

Musician Oddur Hrafn Stefán Björgvinsson, better known as Krummi, lead singer of bands Mínus and Legend, has been sentenced to 60 days probational prison for attacking a police officer on duty. Krummi has denied all charges.
The charges state that Krummi attacked a police offer on duty and kicked him in the knee last summer. The officer was in Krummi's home in central Reykjavik. Krummi denied all charges and his defending lawyer said that he found the case very strange and that no witnesses were questioned and no injuries were detected on the police officer.
