South and south-west Iceland is covered with snow and the capital city woke up to a thick layer of white this morning. There is snowfall in Hellisheiði in South Iceland and roads are icy in most parts of the country.
The temperature in the capital is -2 Celsius and the temperatures will get lower by evening.
Tomorrow sleet and rain is expected again in the city so now is the time to get out your toboggans!
