The icelandic civil protection has issued a warning. Increasing southeast wind with snow, sleet or rain, first in the southwest. There will be bad driving conditions on mountain roads in the southwestern part of Iceland i.e. Hellisheiði, Þrengsli and Mosfellsheiði and low visibility and windy this evening until midnight.
Southeast 20 to 28 m/s in the south and west in the evening, but 20 to 28 m/s in the north and east tonight, and turns to lighter southwest wind in the south and west.
Sleet or snow tonight, but heavy sleet or rain in the southeast. Southwest 8 to 15 m/s near noon tomorrow and snowshowers, but clearing in the northeast.
Somewhat lighter wind in the afternoon, but rapidly increasing wind in the northwest with snow tomorrow evening. Decreasing frost today and widely thaw by the coast in the evening and tonight, but becoming colder tomorrow.
