The area around Hallgrímskirkja church in central Reykjavík is a popular venue for people to meet up on New year's Eve and this year was no exception. Both locals and tourists gathered on Skólavörðuholt to start 2015 with a bang. Morgunblaðið photographer Árni Sæberg captured the atmosphere.
