Buses not running due to snow

Buses bound for Borgarnes, Akureyri and to south Iceland are returning to Reykjavík due to heavy snow and unpassable roads. Many roads around the country are unpassable including Brattabrekka, Öxnadalsheiði and Skeiðavegur. Traffic in Reykjavik is heavy due to heavy snow on the roads. 

Many roads in the West Fjords are unpassable due to a blizzard.
