In light of the controversial Hvalur 2 whale testicle beer, mbl.is asked Dagbjartur Ariliusson at Steðji brewery about the size of a fin whale testicle.
Each batch of the beer, which is made from Icelandic water, hops, barley uses one sheep-manure smoked fin whale testicle for flavouring.
It turns out that one fin whale testicle weighs around 7-8 kilos and is the size of a basketball.
The fin whale is also called the finback whale, razorback or common rorqual and is the second largest animal after the blue whale, growing to 27,3 metres (89,5 ft) long and weighing nearly 74 tonnes.
Twenty thousand bottles of Hvalur 2 will be produced for the Þorri winter season this year.
