Storm warning for South Iceland today
The fortieth storm since November will hit Iceland this afternoon. Rax / Ragnar Axelsson
The Iceland Met Office has issued a storm warning of winds over twenty meters per second in South Iceland today. The storm will hit in the afternoon and continue into the night. This will be the fortieth storm to hit Iceland since November.
The storm is, however, not expected to be as extreme as the one on Saturday.
