The eclipse in 90 seconds

An astronomical telescope was set up on the top of the Morgunblaðið building in Reykjavik to follow this morning’s solar eclipse. This is a 90-second montage of the event.

The telescope is the work of Kristján Heiðberg of the Seltjarnarnes Astronomy Society. Many thousands of people watched the eclipse live via our satellite this morning.
