Autumnal weather on the way
Many parts of Iceland will notice a distinctly autumnal feel to the weather tomorrow as an area of low pressure begins to make its way across the country from the west.
Temperatures in south-west Iceland (including Reykjavik) will struggle to reach double figures tomorrow. The low pressure will also be bringing some heavy rain and strong winds.
The Iceland Met Office has issued a strong-wind warning for southern coastal areas – winds may gust up to 78 mph. There is also a storm warning in place for the central highlands.
North-east Iceland will mostly enjoy better conditions tomorrow, but the rain may reach the region by the evening.
