Hotel tap water scandal: Nothing wrong with water says health department
The tap water at Hótel Adam in central Reykjavik is just fine according to the results of tests by the Reykjavik department of health.
This was reported on Rúv news. As we previously reported, guests of Hótel Adam were advised to refrain from drinking the tap water and sold water in bottles labelled with the Hótel Adam logo for four hundred Icelandic kronas.
The water in the bottles is still awaiting test results. The label did not state where the water is bottled.
As previously reported, police sealed eleven rooms at Hótel Adam yesterday due to a lack of licence.
