MMA champion Gunnar Nelson reported to police

Charges have been pressed with Icelandic MMA champion Gunnar Nelson who felled a neighbours' tree without permission. "A misunderstanding," explains Nelson's father, Haraldur Dean Nelson.
Apparently the roots of the offending tree were causing trouble for plumming in the building. "They spoke to the neighbours, one of them was a bit sceptical and promised to be in touch if they weren't allow to fell the tree. They never were in touch so this must be some kind of misunderstanding."
Sigurður Ólafsson, an apartment owner in the same building says to mbl.is that he had no idea that he was pressing charges againt the famous Gunnar Nelson. "I just pressed charges against the people who did this. And there was no misunderstanding. We said that we needed to find out whether this was legal."
