Björk Guðmundsdóttir is the frontpage of the latest issue of Vogue Scandinavia, one of the most popular fashion magazines in the world. This is the first time that the Icelandic musician and activist has been the frontpage of the magazine, despite her worldwide recognition and many years in music.
Björk is stunning in the picture, wearing a high-fashion dress designed by John Galliano for the French fashion house Maison Margiela.
The dress, which has been titled: “the year’s most iconic dress”, has been a huge hit since it was shown at the fashion show earlier this year. It is transparent, hand-coloured and partly made of human hair.
It was the Icelandic photographer Viðar Logi who photographed Björk for Vogue Scandinavia.
