HAMILTON, BERMUDA - 6 November 2009

Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of Scorpion Offshore Ltd.
(the "Company") that the Company is changing its year end reporting
structure from 30 June to 31 December. The change will be effective 1
January 2010. The change will result in a 6-month period ending 31
December 2009 and the new 2010 fiscal year starting 1 January 2010.

The updated financial calendar for the next 12 months is as follows

20 November 2009: 1st quarter 2010 financial statements (transition
period)
25 February 2010: Six months ending (year-end) 31 December 2009
