Float in weightlessness at a new Reykjavik spa

On Rauðarárstígur, a stonethrow from the Hlemmur Mathöll food market you can now try floating at the Hydra Float Spa.

The spa offers two state-of-the-art floatation tanks containing water that is laden with Epsom Salts which make you float at skin temperature which makes you fall into a dreamlike state of relaxation. The tanks cut off all distractions to heighten all your senses.

Iceland Monitor spoke to owner of Hydra Float Spa, Ryan Kevinsson from the US who has lived in Iceland for ten years.
