First direct flights from Iceland to Cabo Verde
Cabo Verde ar ea clustser of islands 570 km off the west coast of Africa. Ljósmynd/Aðsend
The first chartered flight from Iceland to Cabo Verde took place earlier this week by travel company VITA.
The flight was an Icelandair flight. In an announcement from VITA it says that more scheduled flights to Cabo Verde will take place in the future.
